Thomas Collins is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with thirty years of public accounting experience.  Mr. Collins has been involved in hundreds of divorce and business valuation cases and has testified as an expert witness in many California counties.

Mr. Collins is the past business valuation section chair for CALCPA’s statewide forensic services section.  He was previously the chapter chair for CALCPA’s Sacramento’s forensic services section.
