Thomas Collins is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with twenty-eight years of public accounting experience.  Mr. Collins has been involved in hundreds of forensic accounting and business valuation cases.  He has testified as an expert witness in Sacramento, Placer, Amador, El Dorado, Nevada, Orange, Stanislaus, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba Counties in California.

Mr. Collins is the past business valuation section chair for CALCPA’s statewide forensic services section.  He was previously the chapter chair for CALCPA’s Sacramento’s forensic services section.

He has earned the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the AICPA and has also earned the right to use the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
